Picked the toilet up yesterday.....Our highest praise for you.....extremely helpful and everything happened just the way you said it would....The confirmation was all inclusive....all the numbers for tracking -- Pro #...order number address for pick up etc....was right on....... we called Con-way for specific directions and instructions and likewise how professional and courteous......NOT to forget the packaging....which was so great.....you all did a super job.......and it is much appreciated.... Last but far from least....The toilet is a perfect match to our tub and basin.......you can't possible imagine how many years we hunted for "brown"......our fixtures are gold and we sure didn't want to mess with them.... the bathroom is 35 years old and is still.....thanks to you......perfect......

Finally I can replace my old commode!

We had a brown commode installed, but the tank broke a couple of weeks ago. It was shocking news to find out that US manufacturers have discontinued the dark brown color. We thought we would have to redo the entire bathroom, but we are so glad we found this website. The color is a perfect match, we received our order within 5 days, and in perfect condition. We decidednot to pay the residential delivery fee, and picked up at the carrier's dock. No hassle, I would suggest anyone to do the same.
